  1. Take 3 cup of grated Okra.
  2. Prepare 1 1/2 of cksp red palm oil.
  3. Prepare 1 kg of Beef.
  4. Prepare 1 cup of diced snail.

  6. Use 1 cup of smoked fish(Mackerel/Titus).

  11. Take 2 of bouillion cubes.

  1. Per boil beef and snail, spice with bouillion cube, pepper and salt, once beef is almost tender, add kpomo and cook till beef is very soft add palm oil and fry, add diced pepper.
  2. Before then in a mortar add grated okro and pound in circular form to crush the seed. Add the okro into the beef pot and stir.
  3. Add smoke fish, taste for salt and bouillion cube and add if necesary; keep stiring while you are at it.
  4. Add vegetable leave and stir, cook for another 3mins and turn off heat.
  5. Serve with any swallow of your choice..
